Since 2007 I’ve regularly practiced yoga, and having the chance to share all that I’ve learned along the way with students fills me with joy. When I am on that mat my cares disappear and I can be graceful as a swan and playful as a monkey with no worries of judgement. Something I know for sure is that everyone could use more yoga in their lives.

I use my experience to guide and provide support to yoga enthusiasts of all ages.
Together we will use breathing techniques to stoke an inner fire while trying to embody the meditative spirit. We will strengthen your physical foundation as we practice arm movements, improve hip flexibility and spinal alignment, and create stability with familiar old and challenging new postures.

To build a strong mental and emotional foundation we begin each class with breathing techniques. My clients often use these exercises to bring balance and calm to their days outside of the studio too. We then close each class with rest and a few moments for silent meditation.
"This was my first experience with personal training in yoga and I highly encourage any yogi of any level to incorporate private sessions into their practice. Meghan arranged a consultation with me where we discussed specific areas in which I wanted to focus. As is always the case with Meghan, the focus was not solely on my physical well being but also my emotional well being and merging the two through my practice. Within just a few weeks I felt a significant difference in my strength and flexibility. I specifically wanted more flexibility through my hips and a greater mind body connection and I have felt great improvement in both. Even through a virtual platform, she was able to notice that I was holding tension in my neck and incorporated stretches and poses that opened up my range of motion in my neck, back and shoulders. She offered stretches that I could do everyday, off the mat, to loosen my neck and also breathing techniques to ease tension. I have noticed my improved balance and form have carried into my other fitness classes off the mat. Meghan was able to adjust poses that I have been doing for years and suddenly they feel so much better and I’m executing them with more ease. I am extremely happy with the results of our personal training. I feel more connected to my body during my practice and more aware of myself and the space around me throughout the day. My flexibility, balance and form have improved and even my mindset has started shifting since I began private sessions with Meghan and I can’t wait for my weekly session/me time every week!" ~Kristin
